Doctorate in Chiropractic
Dr. Gary Smith has been a patient of Chiropractic all his life. He grew up in Monroe, Washington racing motorcycles and competing in Martial Arts. Dr. Smith’s parents, Gene and Peggy Smith had a firm belief in Chiropractic care early on, which helped him maintain his active lifestyle.
He attended Life University in Atlanta, Georgia where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He practiced in Michigan before returning to his roots in the Pacific Northwest and opening Active Life Chiropractic in 2004. He has been serving the Enumclaw Community as a licensed Chiropractor ever since.
Passionate and dedicated to Chiropractic, Dr. Smith is committed to promoting the highest level of healthcare for all his patients. Using a “whole person approach”, Dr. Smith looks for the underlying cause of nerve pressure and applies specific individual adjustments to make corrections.
Dr. Smith continues to embrace an active lifestyle. In his spare time, he can be found riding his motorcycle in the surrounding hills, working in his shop, reading, and spending time with friends.

As the Office Manager, you will see me around the office tending to a variety of the business’s needs. From inquiries about insurance, questions with scheduling, and everything in between – I am happy to help! I have been a patient of Chiropractic most of my life and enjoy sharing my excitement for this profession. When I’m not in the office, I spend most of my time outside or curled up with a good book.
